报告人简介:
Dr. Cheng Yeaw Ku received his Ph.D. from Queen Mary University of London in 2005. He was a Harry Bateman Research Instructor at the Department of Mathematics, California Institute of Technology (2005-2008). His main research area is in Combinatorics and Graph Theory, publishing papers in well-known journals such as JCTA, JCTB, etc. He was the Chair of the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad (2017-2021).
摘 要：
The main object of study is the average mixing matrix whose columns encode the limiting distribution of the quantum walks on a graph. We are particularly interested in the diagonal entries of this matrix for certain Cayley graph of the symmetric groups. This is an ongoing joint work with Aw Wee Chong.
